Enhanced
Telecommunications, Inc. was founded in 1992 to provide BSS and OSS
solutions for the converging broadband technologies of IPTV,
telephony and data communications.
The Company launched its first product in 1993, and now has an
extensive array of products for the control and management of
broadband technologies. These products aid customer service
representatives and technical service personnel in assigning and
tracking subscriber services, and automate the delivery of services
so they can be provided within seconds of ordering. Our products
reduce the manpower required for order processing while dramatically
improving the quality of services provided and furnish the necessary
reporting essential to management and to network service providers.
The key employees of the Company have extensive experience in
software development and system design with companies such as
Scientific-Atlanta, Bell Labs, MA/COM, Syntellect and Computer
Generation in the fields of IPTV, telephony and satellite
communications. Software products developed by the Company use
proprietary software operating in the Linux and Windows
environments. They are scalable and operate in either small
systems or large systems in excess of 2,500,000 subscribers.
ETI has strategic alliances with Scientific-Atlanta, CISCO, NDS,
Motorola and Alcatel, major manufacturers of
broadband equipment; and with Next Level Communications, Arris and
Tellabs, manufacturers of VoIP telephony equipment. We have over
150 systems installed and operating with cable TV companies,
telephone companies, utilities and healthcare institutions. Those
systems provide video-on-demand and television services to millions
of subscribers.
Although Company personnel enjoy the development of leading-edge
high-technology products, the primary goal at ETI is to provide
outstanding customer service and customer satisfaction. Customer
service takes priority over all other activities at ETI and teamwork
is emphasized at all levels to ensure customer satisfaction.
ETI is a privately held company with 100% of the company stock owned
and controlled by the employees. It has a strong financial history
