Contract and Order Entry

Contract and order entry is intuitive and flexible. The billing and sales information is entered once. Each time a new order is entered, the information is automatically transferred.

All VideoDirect Traffic and Billing reports are detailed and customizable. Reports have the option of displaying on-screen or can be sent to a printer. Reports may also be saved in a variety of formats for e-mailing, opening with text editors or for posting on web sites.

Scheduling

Customized scheduling options allow for specific or broad range client requirements. Schedule by program type, event or date and time range. Schedules can be edited up to the last second and can be scheduled 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

Download specific program schedule information for use in ad schedule generation and affidavit printing. Schedule all networks and sites in one easy step or specify one contract, client, commercial, site or network. Insertion logs are automatically generated and updated. Automated make-good and exceptions are handled during the scheduling process.

Ad Insertion

Insertion logs are created and updated during the scheduling process. An auto-fill feature fills unsold breaks with authorized commercials/promo/PSAs to prevent half sold avails. A separate log is created for each channel and is sent to the VideoDirect 5000 Ad Insertion server to be played.

After spots are played, logs are retrieved and compared to schedules for verification. If authorized, logs may be backward verified or automatically made-good. All commercial statuses are tracked and reported to maintain accurate control of projects and inventory.
