VideoDirect provides a full complement of printable reports
including schedule listings, ad listings, ad placement and schedule
fulfillment. The schedule and ad listings reports give you a
detailed road-map view of all the active and inactive scheduling
tasks within the system, as well as a good view of the utilization
of all the videos and ads within the system. Schedule fulfillment
reports provide the exact detail of what ads were played on what
networks at what times.
Video Management
VideoDirect provides easy management and cataloging of videos and
ads. Video libraries can be created to categorize video content by
any criteria desired, such as type, client, or target market. Titles
can also be assigned to each video in the library to further
describe content. Within the video and ad scheduling functions,
these video libraries are accessible as familiar Windows file
folders. The use of video libraries simplifies the process of
selecting target videos and ads by presenting them in a user-defined
hierarchy, which is far easier than trying to select the desired
video from a vast, uncategorized list. |
