delivery, announces the appointment of Malcolm Miller as a special
advisor
to the business. Malcolm Miller, aged 54, brings with him more than
25
years experience in the digital video and electronics industry.

While
Chief Executive Officer of Pace Micro Technology plc from 1997 to
2002, Pace
became the world s largest dedicated developer of digital set-top
box
technology. Malcolm also served as Chief Executive Officer of SEGA
Europe
from 1994 to 1997, where he succeeded in turning around the company
s
consumer division. Most recently, Malcolm was Chief Executive
Officer of
Raymarine plc, a leading manufacturer of
electronic equipment for the marine
market.
He also served as a non-executive director on the board of Avis
Europe plc, and is currently non-Executive Chairman of RadioScape
plc, a
developer of audio broadcasting solutions. We look forward to the
