HaiVision Appoints VP Operations, Sets Structure for Growth

Montreal, Canada -- HaiVision Systems Inc., the world’s leading
vendor of performance H.264 network video codecs, today announces
the appointment of Rick Snow as Vice President of Operations. Rick
comes to HaiVision with an exceptional track record within high
technology systems manufacturing and now manages all of HaiVision’s
manufacturing and supply relations, order fulfillment, customer
support and service. |

Rick has
excelled within both telecom and systems manufacturing. He joins
HaiVision from Hyperchip, a developer of core internet routers,
complex systems that manage some of the world’s largest IP backbone
infrastructure systems. Previously, Rick built the system
integration operations and order administration group for
Autodesk/Discreet. Rick has extensive experience in technology
supplier relationships, ERP/MRP systems, and production planning and
management.

the MAKO-HD telepresence codec, into all areas of the market

signage, and homeland defense applications.
Rick rounds out HaiVision’s executive team that now includes
Francois Gariepy, Vice President of Product Development and Peter
Maag, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development including
his executive responsibility for HaiVision’s medical market
strategy.
