Triad NPS and TV Ticket Enables Video Transport Providers and Service Providers to Streamline Delivery of IPTV

Atlanta, GA –– Enhanced Telecommunications (d/b/a) ETI Software Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of automated, flow-through service activation software, will launch its Triad NPS and TV Ticket solutions at this year’s IBC2007 Conference in Amsterdam, September 7-11.

ETI’s Triad NPS helps large telcos, service bureaus and video transport providers cost-effectively manage and provision IPTV services. Each processor can service up to 100 remote head-ends and support more than 1 million subscribers. For each head-end, subscriber and service information in Triad NPS may be segregated to a separate database instance. This advanced architecture ensures controlled, secured assess to each service provider’s or franchise’s own subscriber data.

ETI’s TV Ticket operates in conjunction with a service provider’s existing addressable video systems, enabling them to accept prepayment for video services yet to be delivered. This technology enables the service provider to tap into revenue from previously unattainable subscribers. Subscribers are empowered to purchase and self-activate subscription, Pay-Per-View or Video-On-Demand video services by purchasing prepaid TV Tickets from any authorized distributor.

“The convergence of media and the increasing adoption of IPTV as a delivery platform for video creates many challenges for large telcos and smaller regional service providers,” says Peter M. Pifer, President and CEO, ETI Software Solutions. “Coupled with the expectation from consumers that they want content of all kinds when they want it, ETI is well-positioned to help content providers with our Triad NPS and TV Ticket solutions, backed up by our proven Triad platform.”

ETI Software Solutions will be exhibiting at the IBC2007 conference at RAI Convention Centre, Amsterdam, Booth #309, September 7 – 11, 2007.

The company’s Triad solution eliminates multiple data entry points, service activation errors and delays associated with ‘swivel chair’ processes of all downstream technologies regardless of the transport network.
