Verismo Customers Will be Able to Easily View High Quality SIVOO
Multicultural Entertainment Content Directly on Their TV Sets -
Without a PC
Philadelphia, PA -- SIVOO Holdings, Inc. (OTC: SIVO.PK - News),
operator of the first Internet TV network of multicultural on-
demand entertainment programming, today announced that is has signed
an agreement with Verismo Networks, a leading developer of IPTV
technology and infrastructure.
Under the terms of the agreement, SIVOO will provide Verismo with
Spanish, Chinese and Hindi language on-demand entertainment
programming every month for its Verismo ViPTV Platform, an
end-to-end solution including an intelligent set top box that
delivers Internet video directly to a TV over a broadband
connection. Verismo's ViPTV Platform allows users to access content
from the Internet directly on TV -- without a PC. |

This offering will enable Verismo's ViPTV users to access and view
SIVOO content - movies, TV Episodes, telenovelas, comedy, sports and
more - in various languages, including Spanish, Chinese and Hindi.
Verismo will deliver re-purposed, optimized, rights managed content
directly to the TV via its searchable, indexed user interface.
