Industry Veteran Named Vice President, Mobile and Converging

Edmonton, Alberta, Canada -- CodeBaby®, the leading innovator in Virtual
Agent based customer care solutions, today announced the appointment
of industry veteran Armin Gebauer to the position of Vice President
of Mobile and Converging Services. With CodeBaby’s innovative,
on-demand self-care platform, Armin will lead the Company’s direct
sales, channel program and product strategy for the mobile,
converging services and IPTV markets. |

Armin's business development career spans more than 12 years of
experience in telecommunications, consumer and enterprise
technology, much of it in the U.S. Prior to CodeBaby, Mr. Gebauer
served as Chief Marketing Officer at imForwards, a leading US mobile
content company he co-founded. Mr. Gebauer helped to establish
imForwards as the industry's mobile messaging leader and was
instrumental in achieving a successful exit.
Previous to founding imForwards, Armin served as Vice President of
Sales at Celcorp, an enterprise integration technology company.
During his tenure he directed the company’s sales efforts from
pre-revenue to multi-million dollar annual revenues and growth to 85
employees within two years.
Armin has successfully raised venture capital, led sales teams,
developed strategic alliances and has a strong network within mobile
operators, triple play carriers and telecommunication solution
providers globally.
