Amino partners with Siemens in Thailand
Cambridge, UK, and Singapore -- Amino, leading IPTV set-top box
supplier, today confirms that it was selected by Siemens for the
first IPTV deployment in Thailand. The deployment for ADC (Advanced Datanetwork Communication Co. Ltd) has been rolled out to a
substantial number of homes in Thailand for several months adding
on-demand and broadcast television channels to the company's
existing broadband service offering. Over the last months, ADC has
witnessed the proven reliability and high quality of the AmiNET
set-top boxes.
With this IPTV roll-out, ADC is poised to take a leading position
within the burgeoning Thai broadband market which has received
strong infrastructure investment and support from the Thai

The AmiNET range of set-top boxes has been developed and extensively
tested with the principal elements of the IPTV delivery chain,
including middleware, content security and browser technologies.
This established interoperability ensures the smooth integration of
Amino technology into any IPTV deployment using any number of
combinations of 3rd party software and hardware suppliers.
