IPDR.org is pulling together the industry to develop critical
specifications for data usage tracking and account settlement for
all IPTV services and applications. "Without these specifications,
service providers worldwide will not be able to cost effectively
build their business models for IPTV, settle with content providers
and advertisers,
or properly bill for IPTV services," Anderson added.
