The Carrier Ethernet industry defies the
global economic downturn and continues to experience significant
growth year over year, due to its inherent ability to deliver
substantial economic and implementation benefits to businesses
and residents. In the past year, Carrier Ethernet has also
emerged as the only logical solution to the immediate and
growing mobile backhaul need in delivering broadband to mobile
users. The MEF itself has grown fast and, with over 150 members,
has certified over 100 organizations with MEF Carrier Ethernet
compliant products or services. Carrier Ethernet World Congress
is clearly the event where participants obtain the most current
information relating to Carrier Ethernet global deployments and
developments. If you are a stakeholder in this growing industry,
you can't afford to miss CEWC. Find Out More >>

IPTV as a viable delivery platform in Asia
is now a reality. This year, we saw even more deployments across
the region, from those moving into maturity to those emerging
and realising IP based interactivity within their local markets.
It has become apparent that a collective confidence is now
emerging, through an understanding of the technology aspects and
business practices necessary. With this confidence in place, and
successful IPTV services now up and running, it has become hard
to avoid the conclusion that IP-based multimedia is the future
of entertainment delivery in Asia.
