Irdeto SoftClient undergoes first full IPTV audit by the Merdan
Group
Gaylord, TX - TelcoTV -- Irdeto, the proven expert in content
security for digital TV, IPTV and mobile, announced today that it
has successfully completed a full audit of its Irdeto IPTV with
SoftClient content security solution by one of the industry’s most
respected security experts, Merdan Group, Inc. of San Diego,

undergone partial audits, Irdeto is the first to complete an audit
of its full, software-based, end-to-end IPTV security system. |

The Irdeto IPTV
SoftClient is a software security client for the protection of
broadcast, on-demand and PVR content on IP networks. Based on nearly
40 years of experience in the pay TV industry, Irdeto’s
software-based solution uses patented technologies to provide smart
