Plainview, N.Y. -- announced today the
roll-out of the Phoenix Premium Channels Package, a three channel
package that offers subscribers choice programming. The Phoenix
package targets high quality at an affordable price and is the first
premium package on KyLinTV.
"Through the use of IPTV technology, KyLinTV is excited to offer the
latest programming from Phoenix TV to our subscribers," said Nancy

Included in this premium package is Phoenix North America which
caters to Chinese communities living in North America, giving them a
taste of home through movies, talk shows, music, current affairs,
and sporting events. A Hong Kong based channel, Phoenix InfoNews
which provides a blend of information and financial news to Chinese
viewers from a global angle in content, perspective and values. ATV,
a 24 hour Cantonese channel, delivers a full range of television
entertainment for Cantonese speaking families. This channel

As an added bonus to
the Phoenix package, the most lavish pageant contest in China --
Miss Chinese Cosmos Pageant 2006 will be featured on KyLinTV this
month.
KyLinTV offers a unique feature where viewers can replay live
broadcasts. Subscribers have the benefit of watching any programs
they missed using the Phoenix package channel companion. The
broadcast companion preserves the lineup of programs for up to 3
days.

broadcasts from China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. In addition, KyLinTV
will broadcast US Chinese channels with programs produced
