Sales Team With Addition of Thomas Haider as European Channel

Montreal, Canada & Chicago, IL -- HaiVision Network Video today
announced that it has expanded its international sales team with the
appointment of Thomas Haider as European channel manager. Combined
with the new HaiVision office opening in Augsburg, Germany, this
appointment enhances the company's ability to extend its market
reach and to address demand for HD H.264 IP video distribution
technology within Europe's dynamic education, enterprise, medical,
and broadcast sectors. |

Providing direct support to
HaiVision partners in Europe, Haider brings extensive knowledge and
background in the network video solution marketplace. In his new
position, he is dedicated to enhancing existing partnerships with
direct support, as well as building HaiVision's market through new
initiatives with the company's network of leading audiovisual
dealers, distributors, and systems integrators.
"Thomas joins the HaiVision team with valuable experience in IPTV
and digital signage, and with longstanding ties to leading
integrators across Europe," said Mirko Wicha, president and CEO at
HaiVision Network Video. "He will be a huge asset to HaiVision's
partners as we expand our core markets and work to establish

generation of HD codecs and end-to-end video distribution systems."
Haider most recently served as
CEO at PSI Media Solutions GmbH, where he oversaw international
sales and marketing activities for the company's IPTV and digital
signage products, as well as development of its European reseller
network in central Europe. He earlier served as sales manager for
Teracue AG, a provider of IPTV, video-over-IP, and broadcast
solutions. In this capacity, he built the company's European
reseller network and facilitated the acquisition of strategic
partners. Haider began his career in sales, project management, and
customer support for German ERP software vendor SHD Datentechnick
GmbH & Co. KG.
