About Aeroflex ATE Equipment
5800 Series Multi-Configuration Multi-Functional Test System
The 5800 Series is designed to meet the ever-changing needs of
today's rapidly evolving PCB manufacturing environment. Building on
Aeroflex's long history of producing functional and in-circuit test
equipment, the 5800 Series combines both methodologies. The 5800
Series also took a giant leap in flexibility by adding PXI
capabilities. The addition of PXI enables the user to implement
solutions using not only Aeroflex PXI cards but also cards from any
PXI manufacturer.
4200 Series Advanced Manufacturing Test System
The 4200 Series Advanced Manufacturing Test System is the flagship
of Aeroflex’s ATE range. The 4250 is the latest version offering a
compact small-footprint design that can be equipped with a maximum
of 2,048 pure (non-multiplexed) test points. It offers fast and
efficient testing of a wide range of printed circuit boards using
analog and digital in-circuit, boundary scan and functional
techniques
5200 Series Power Manufacturing Defect Analyzers
The 5200 Series is a range of power manufacturing defect analyzers
offering the highest throughput capability to the electronics
manufacturing industry.
Aeroflex Vehicle Radio Test System (VRTS)
The VRTS was designed to significantly reduce warranty costs
associated with in-vehicle information and entertainment systems.
VRTS verifies the quality of the assembly and installation of these
systems by using automated functional testing as part of the
production line process.
Superior Service and Support
In an ATE environment, system uptime is key to ensure success and
profitability. Aeroflex demonstrates commitment to its customers’
success by providing superior local support for its U.S. ATE
products out of its facility in Wichita, KS. To provide local
applications development support, Aeroflex partners with Metrikos in
Boston and has relationships with a number of fixture providers.
