Zodiac Gaming
January 4, 2006

Company Partners with Scientific-Atlanta and LG Electronics at 2007 International CES, January 8-11 in Las Vegas to Demonstrate Applications

Valley Stream, NY -- Zodiac Gaming, developer and distributor of the cable industry's largest Interactive TV games library, is being renamed Zodiac Interactive to reflect the company's reorganization and commitment to bring a broad range of interactive television applications to the iTV marketplace. Zodiac Interactive is formed from Zodiac Gaming and the Emmy-winning technology from sister company DevelopOnBox. The new company brings forward a large game library, a broad portfolio of deployed middleware technologies, unique and rapid product design solutions, a new advertising model, and exciting iTV applications that will be previewed at 2007 International CES, January 8-11 in Las Vegas. These demonstrations will be held in the Scientific-Atlanta (a Cisco Company) booth #N227, and the LG Electronics's booth #N243.

At CES, Zodiac Interactive will be demonstrating a wide range of iTV applications, including their patent-pending INSTATM framework for iTV content, "Best of Web" content form-factored for iTV, high-definition games and interactive platforms, and a unique new patent-pending iTV transactional application called "TVcallME TM," which allows subscribers to click a single button from their standard remote control and immediately receive a telephone call that is promptly connected to an advertiser or merchant.

"Zodiac Interactive's CES presence demonstrates the appeal of our products and technology in the Consumer Electronics space," said Zodiac Interactive's CEO and Co-founder Michael Rivkin. "Zodiac has been recognized for Emmy-nominated games and the Emmy-winning iO User Interface Platform for Cablevision Systems Corporation, as well as innovative technology that enable a wide variety of tools and applications on virtually all interactive television platforms. As Zodiac Interactive, we are announcing our intention to offer new and exciting applications that will engage iTV users and bring immediate revenue to iTV operators."
